Sudan/Pronk kicked out for blogging
Blogging will continue to be infrequent through Tuesday– I’m on another trip.
Meantime, check out this report on Sudan at StrategyPage. (See the October 18 comment in the StrategyPage report and the url for Plonk’s blog.)
The StrategyPage post explains this story: UN envoy Jan Pronk has 3 days to get out of Sudan.
He blogged the truth and the SUdan government now says “goodbye.”

Jan Pronk. He blogs Sudan so the MSM doesn’t have to.

He’s lucky - they could have just killed him.

The likely UN response: Nothing. Or maybe they will get very, very angry and send Sudan a letter telling them how angry they are.

I guess they can’t handle the truth. Now, to get some decent weapons, trainers, and intelligence to the Sudanese rebels. “You want war? You’ve now got it.”
